Quote
"I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best."

Adolf Hitler, 1939 (via lizdexia)

(If this is actually a Hitler quote, I am loving this. Just goes to show you really can’t judge someone, even though we all believe we can. Even Hitler (our apparent epitome of evil) said this, was a vegetarian, loved animals, loved art. Fan-frickin’-tastic.)

Someone actually said this you guys.

(via lizdexia)

WOW.

Let’s unpack this bullshit, shall we?

First off, Hitler didn’t say this—Marilyn Monroe did.

Second, you actually CAN judge someone if they murder tens of millions of people and cripple a country.

If someone seriously said these things

I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.

OH SO DON’T MIND MY HIDEOUS FACE. IT WAS HOT AS FUCK SO I WAS SWEATY, I WAS FULL ON CHEESING - BRACES AND ALL. AND I LOOK LIKE I HAVE A DOUBLE CHIN BUT IDGAF. I MET ANDREW GARFIELD
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay. So I went to NYC to see my bestfriend Melanie (ageros). And we went everywhere we wanted to so we went to the Barrymore Theatre since she saw Andrew yesterday. And I was determined to meet him. So we went and we chilled outside of it for like, i don’t know, 30/45 minutes. Finally I saw him. And Melanie kept yelling at me “GO SAY SOMETHING” because I was too scared. But I did. I was super nervous and he was SUPER sweet. Oh my god, thee nicest person ever. I gave him a Spider-man comic that’s super old and not even opened. And he signed my newer Spider-man comic and wrote “Tiffany - lots of love. Andrew Garfield”. And obviously, he took a photo with me.
But our conversation. I went up to him like “excuse me, can I please get a photo with you?” and he’s like “yes, of course”. And I apologized for him so nervous while taking a photo and he’s like “oh no, why are you nervous” and I was like “i love you blah blah blah” and he was like “thank you so much!”. And as he was about to take a photo of Melanie, he’s like “are you from NYC?” and I was like “no, I’m from Philadelphia and she’s from Texas”. And then as he was about to leave I was like “THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU!” and he’s like “awh, come here and give me another hug.” Oh and I told him how I saved up money for tickets then by the time I went to get them, it was all sold out - he was like “oh no! i’m so sorry, i wish i could help you out”.
and omg. he gives thee best hugs in the world. he’s seriously the greatest person and knowing now how amazingly nice he is, i love him even more.
Thank you, Andrew <3
Alan Rickman was delightful to listen to as he read the lyrics to “Going Home,” from Cohen’s Old Ideas album that came out this year. He spoke of the wonders that Cohen’s words have brought us.
